I reckon this caller was a right charlatan! They stated that I had been in a car accident and insisted that I was eligible for some sort of insurance payout as a victim of that supposed incident.

I received a phone call from someone claiming there had been an accident involving me, insisting it wasn’t my fault. I was taken aback and replied that it certainly wasn’t me. Perhaps my strong American accent caught her off guard, as she muttered something and promptly ended the conversation.

The phone rang and when i picked up, the person on the other end said something about me having a car crash. I just ended the call right away. Definitely a dodgy caller or some kind of scam.

Had these PPI companies constantly ringing me, wouldn’t stop till they made a sale. I told them I wasn’t interested, but they still called the very next day trying again, even though I’m on the do-not-call list. Proper annoying!
