I decided to ring them back and it felt quite legit, but it was flagged as a spam call. They said something about a claims management service.

I didn’t pick up, but the voicemail sounded exactly like loads of other spam calls I’ve been getting. It was a woman’s voice saying something like, ‘Oh, alright then, sorry for the bother, we’ll remove your number from our records. Have a good day, bye.’ Yeah, right. They never actually stop calling. Either they ring back from a new number or pass my details along to someone else. I’ve blocked this one now and next time I’m thinking of answering just to waste their time a bit.

So I got a call from a lady telling me I’d been involved in an accident, which supposedly wasn’t my fault. When I confirmed I was actually the person she mentioned, she just hung up on me!

I kept getting calls asking for Lindsey. Each time I told them there’s no one by that name at my place, then ended the call. This went on like 3 times every day for a couple of days until I just decided to block the number.

I've been getting missed calls from a number very close to 1142565233 and I've seen it reported for annoying telemarketing too. I reckon it's the same company or call centre. I don't pick up calls from unknown numbers, and they never leave any message. Tried searching online to figure out who's behind it, but couldn't find anything. Has anyone else answered this number?
