Got a call from 18 07 2024 on our home phone in the afternoon. The bloke started off with this overly friendly "how are you today?" type of chat. Claimed he was ringing from some "Doors & Window" firm. I just let him go on repeating himself a few times without saying much. Eventually, he hung up. I don’t usually pick up for numbers I don’t recognise but I’d just come indoors from bright sunshine and couldn't make out the caller ID properly.

Got a call from some bloke saying he was my health advisor, even though the number he rang from wasn’t local at all. He told me I qualified for a medical pendant or something. He was actually ringing an engineering company and clearly didn’t know who he was chatting with. Then he started making out he knew all about my health issues!

Got a call from 02045205301 but as soon as I picked up, they hung up on me! Definitely not following the TPS rules!!!

Some bloke named Sam rang me, claiming he was ringing on behalf of a nearby health service, but the number wasn’t from around here at all. I asked what he needed, but after a really long silence, he said nothing, so I ended the call. Then, he tried again using a different number, but I didn’t even bother answering properly and just hung up straight away. Pretty sure it was a con.

I got a call from someone claiming to be about a medical alert service. They sounded real enough at first, but every time I mentioned I thought it might be a scam, the person just talked over me. I’m registered with TPS, so I don’t get why they were allowed to ring me up. Very suspicious!

So there's this Johnny Gupta bloke and his crew of P4ki scammers, all using some AI called "Sam" that's pre-recorded to trick people. They're bugging us not just on the phone but apparently trying to sneak across the Channel in small boats too. I used to have a laugh at my old man when he used to say "the country’s going down the drain". Now, after 40 years, I can see he was spot on. These outsiders just don’t share our way of life. Honestly, I reckon it’s time we got tough and sent them to Rwanda!

Got a call from Sam who said I was eligible for a complimentary health alert pendant. I told him I already own one - maybe not the smartest move, but I guess I’ll find out what happens next.
