Whenever I pick up this number, it just disconnects straight away. They dont leave any voicemail or anything. Looks like one of them auto dialler things that calls you, then if no human is available it just ends the call. Pretty sure its either a scam or some sales pitch trying to get through.

Some bloke called claiming to be from “O2” and gave me a security code after pretending to check with their ‘supervisor’ to see if I could get a discount. Lucky me! It was a scam. The person said they were from "Three, your network provider". Then they asked if I was a Three customer. When I checked if they really were from my provider, they said yes. They then asked how much I pay for my monthly bill. I asked why they needed to know if they were my provider. After that, they just ended the call.

Totally a scam. DO NOT RING THEM BACK as its a premium rate number. They claimed to be from Carphone Warehouse and asked for my name, date of birth, bank account and card info. Said they’d send the newest iPhone on a contract deal. Told me to call 0204 520 5124 once i had all the details handy.

Picked up the home phone and the caller asked if anyone living here gets pension credit or any benefits. I told them I’m on the TPS (Telephone Preference Service) and that I’ll be reporting the call. They sounded like they were calling from overseas but had a local Bristol number. Seems like these firms go after posh areas, especially when they reckon they’re speaking to someone in Stratford Upon Avon. Tried calling them back but it just kept ringing out.
