Got a call from someone talking about a contract, and since I'd just signed one recently, I figured it was related. To be sure, I asked which company they were from, and they said Three. I’m with Sky, so I didn’t bother talking anymore and just hung up and blocked the number.

Got a call from some lot today saying they had a brilliant mobile contract offer for me, but I pretty much knew it was dodgy. Honestly, where are these muppets getting all the personal stuff from?! You know, like postcodes, names, birthdays - surely that’s meant to be safeguarded! Feels like someone’s leaking info big time. If the government can’t keep our data safe, maybe they ought to sort out rules that wipe it clean after a set period. Just saying. ####

I had a right dodgy call earlier, and it was clear from the get-go that something wasn't quite right. The chap on the other end had a strong Indian accent and mentioned I’d been part of a little car bump. Next thing I know, he’s asking me to complete a survey about it and then cheekily requested my bank information. Just a heads up, everyone - this is definitely a scam! Stay safe out there!

I got a call just now from someone saying it was about a car accident I supposedly had in the past couple of years. They kept insisting I’d recall it. Felt a bit dodgy to me.

I've received calls from this number on two days in a row. I decided to put an end to it by sending a text saying, "If you’re not a nuisance, please leave a message." However, no message came through, so I’ve now blocked the caller.

I received a call yesterday but didn’t pick up. They rang again just now, and curiosity got the best of me. I’m waiting on a parcel for a mate, and my place can be a bit tricky to locate! Normally, delivery folks will try various numbers too. Anyway, it was the typical spiel: “I’m (couldn’t catch his name with all the noise in the background but recognised it was some sort of ‘accident’ company). How’s your day going?” So, I replied, “All good, but I’m not interested.” He pressed for an explanation as to why, to which I simply said, “I’ve just no interest.” I didn’t feel it necessary to elaborate or to ask him not to call again. I hung up and promptly blocked the number, reporting it as spam. It could be a dodgy setup, but honestly, I couldn't be bothered with it any further! Just steer clear! :)

They kept phoning me loads, even after I nicely asked them to take me off their list and stop ringing. Nothing changed so in the end, I had to block the number.

A woman with a foreign accent contacted me, claiming there’d been a car crash involving someone I know. Utter nonsense, if you ask me. It’s likely just another attempt at phishing.

It's a bit dodgy, really. If you try to remove the number from your phone immediately after, there’s a chance they’ll still be able to track it. I reckon they’re linked to those Kobras lot. Best to stay cautious!
