Watch out! This is definitely a con! The individual on the line tried to lure me into some dodgy bitcoin trading scheme he referred to as Kontofx. He was keen for me to dive into trading bitcoin, claiming I’d make a fortune in no time. However, after doing a bit of digging, I found numerous folks who had similar experiences and warned me it’s all a ruse. Stay vigilant!

I came across a dodgy crypto trading platform called kontofx - supposedly a Bitcoin trader. Their numbers look like they're from the UK, but turns out they're actually based in Tallinn. Loads of folks online are saying they've been scammed out of their cash. I’m glad I didn’t put any money in. The FCA website has them flagged as a company to steer clear of, and even some trusted UK investment sites are warning against them.

Got two calls from this number and both times it turned out to be spam.

He rings me daily and today I just started speaking Welsh to him, he got really puzzled!

They’ve called a 3rd time now! I found the best way to get them to stop is just pick up, say “no thanks,” and that usually means they won’t bother you again. Seems to work every time for me!
