Got a call from this number and they said they were from the Three network. Thing is, I've never used Three at all. When I told them that, all they did was say "Oh" and didn’t try to explain anything. I just hung up straight away. Sounds like a total scam to me.

Cheers for the info! I just ignored the call and looked it up here. Going to block and delete that number straight away. It’s got me thinking about the life insurance policy I set up recently - definitely going to have another proper look into it! Marked it as suspicious because it smells like a scam, probably trying to steal banking info or cash.

Someone rang me about life insurance and wanted to know who my provider was, saying it was to confirm they had the right person. They actually knew my name, which made me a bit wary. I tried to keep the details vague. One of them claimed I didn’t know who my insurer was and offered to get me a quote. I thanked them nicely but said no, and then they just ended the call abruptly without so much as a goodbye. Seems quite dodgy to me.
