Got a silent call again, no one said a word before they disconnected straight away. I've blocked the number so it won't bother me anymore.

Even though the number didn’t show where it was coming from, I chose to pick up the call. In the background, I could hear all the typical chatter and noise you get from a call centre, which I mentioned to my partner quite loudly, saying “Sounds like a call centre to me.” Then, without a word, they just hung up on me. Strange!
