This number rang me earlier today, a guy with an African accent saying he was from my mobile network. When I asked him to name my provider, he got a bit annoyed and started telling me he could offer a 50% cut on my bill. I told him that sounded great considering he didn’t even know which network I was with. Then, I asked if he wanted to chat about Jesus while we were on the phone and he just hung up. Definitely a scam call, I’d suggest not picking up if this number pops up for you.

I received a rather dodgy call from an individual with an African accent, purporting to be from my mobile service provider. Curious, I asked them to identify who my provider was, but they failed miserably and became rather confrontational instead. At that point, I had heard enough of their nonsense and decided to hang up. To be honest, I strongly suspect this was a scam attempt, so I've promptly blocked the number.
