I received a call from someone claiming to be with Carphone Warehouse, and when I didn’t divulge the details of my mobile phone, he absolutely lost his temper and started swearing at me. Quite unprofessional, if you ask me!

I received a call supposedly from Currys PC World regarding mobile phones. When I kindly expressed my disinterest, he abruptly told me to F**K OFF, all while speaking with a rather pronounced Indian accent. Quite amusing, really!
