I've been getting calls from a number like this every few weeks. The person on the other end asked who the phone belonged to, but the moment I said I was registered with TPS, they just ended the call straight away. Proper annoying!

she claimed to be calling from curry's, but she was an indian lady and the way she spoke didn’t sound like anyone from curry's ive ever met. kept repeating, “listen, listen we got a better deal on iphones and plans for you.” i told her i was happy with my current setup, but she kept pushing with “listen, listen, this plan is better for you.” then she started asking about my provider, phone type and all that stuff.

Someone called claiming they were from Virgin Media, offering to lower my bills. Thing is, they had no clue about any of my details so it was obviously just a scam. When I questioned them, they just hung up right away. I tried ringing the number back but it just kept dropping on me.

if you get a call from a london number that starts with 0204 or anything other than the usual 0207 or 0208, be careful - it’s probably some scammer abroad who’s clueless about our proper london area codes. definitely don’t ring it back, or you might end up with a huge phone bill.

Missed a call earlier but no message left. When I tried calling back, all I got was an automated voice in Spanish asking me for a pin number. Strange!

Not sure who called me from this number. Seems suspicious, especially since loads of folks are saying they got calls from the same one. Probably a scam I’d guess.

I tried calling them back but all I got was some robotic voice speaking a language I couldn't understand, so I just decided to block the number.
