I got a call from someone offering to help me claim PPI. They said all I needed to do was say yes so they could send me a filled-in form in the post. Luckily, some of the info they had about me was wrong, so I told them no thanks. It sounded quite believable and a bit frightening, so I can imagine it tricking others who aren’t paying close attention.
