Got a call from someone saying they wanted to upgrade my phone and pressured me to buy something straight away, promising delivery in three days. They said they were from Virgin Media, but couldn’t actually answer any questions about my current plan, which felt really dodgy. I told them I wasn’t interested in buying anything right now and they just cut me off.
