I got a call from this number, and the person on the line said they were from Microsoft. They gave me this long code, about 40 characters, and said it was a special ID to recognise them when I switched on my laptop so they could help me sort out some issue. When I told them I was hanging up, they got quite rude and started threatening to lock me out of my computer completely. Not long after I ended the call, they rang back but used a different name this time.
