This was an obvious scam from the get-go, and honestly, they did a rubbish job even trying to pull it off. Stay clear of these lot! Their only goal is to swindle us out of our cash however they can. It’s really upsetting how they don’t seem to care one bit about what's legal or right.

Got a ring from this number claiming to be from some double glazing insurance. They said I hadn’t made any claims for repairs and were gonna cut down my yearly payments. Then they put me through to a girl with a foreign accent who asked for my bank info. I told her if I was paying already, they’d have those details, but she kept pushing me to give everything. Told her bluntly, in no uncertain terms, I’ve NEVER had any double glazing cover with them. She just hung up. Total scam. Honestly, I kinda enjoy messing with these muppets.

They’ve been quite the nuisance, ringing me incessantly from various numbers, one being 02045162743. It all kicked off on 26th January 2022! Frankly, it's of no significance as they never bother leaving a message. I have zero interest in any sales pitches or surveys! Whenever I’ve picked up, they just hang up anyway! Got a call out of the blue even though my number’s on the TPS register. The person said they were calling from a health firm, mentioning some kind of health alert pendant for emergencies. They didn’t seem to know anything personal about me, just asked if there was anyone over 50 living here. I reckon the whole pendant story might just be a cover, and they’re really trying to spot older folks for some other reason. Quite suspicious if you ask me.

So my partner answered this call from a person pushing some Life Line pendant. They dodged every time he asked about the price though, which was a bit fishy. We had no plans to get one anyway, so he just ended up hanging up and we've blocked the number now.

Some bloke rang up saying he's got details suggesting I might have some health probs and that a medical alert pendant could be handy. I asked straight out why he was ringing me. He replied, “Hopefully you never need it.” I pressed again asking the reason for the call. Then he said his manager gave him a list of numbers to contact. When I questioned where the manager got that info, he just hung up.

The person ringing couldn’t even say exactly who they were trying to reach, just rambled on about having lists of people with mobility problems. He went silent after that. I told him to take me off his list, since his London number definitely wasn't local to me, considering I live abroad.
