Steer clear and DO NOT ENGAGE! This happened to me, and wouldn't you know it, they rang again a week later with a similar spiel. When I confronted the caller, just after having spoken to O2's fraud department, regarding their dodgy tactics, he had the cheek to call me 'mad'. I made it clear that it was obvious he wasn’t with O2; their customer service is infinitely better than his nonsense. He persisted in his insults and abruptly hung up.
