I received a rather peculiar phone call from this number, claiming to be conducting research for the Barking and Dagenham council. I explained that I couldn't manage phone calls due to my oxygen usage and that it would be easier for them to send any information through the post for me to review. He agreed and promptly ended the conversation. To be honest, it felt quite suspicious since I'm not even a council tenant, and he didn’t share his name or any identifying details. Definitely left me with the impression that this was a dodgy scheme!
