He suggested he was a representative from BT, claiming he could help lower my bill. He inquired about my BT information, which I refused to disclose. He introduced himself as Vaughan Williams and urged me to get in touch. I found it a bit odd, as he had a distinctly Asian accent. As the conversation progressed, he mentioned that my contract was actually with Virgin Media. It was at that moment I politely declined and ended the call.
