The bloke on the line spoke with an accent I couldn’t place, sounded like English wasn’t his first language. He claimed to be Liam from Citizens Advice, saying they’d just got my info and it appeared I was having trouble with my water bill debt. I told him to stop calling me and ended the call. He didn’t say my name at all.
