Each was apparently £1.50, which blew my bill up big time. Thing is, I never got any messages from them nor replied. So I phoned the number, but they wouldn’t say who they were. They mentioned I’d get a message from the Post Office and then I’d need to go into a PO branch to claim the refund. Honestly, the people running this number are total scammers and should really be reported. My bill normally is about £12 a month, but this time it shot up to nearly £34.73. Three haven’t been too helpful about this, so I’m thinking of switching.
