This number rang me up about four times today, the last one just a short while ago on 10/11/23. The guy on the phone, sounded Asian and somehow knew my full name? When I asked what the call was about, he kicked off with “These days the world can be quite scary, but we're here to help.” I didn’t bother listening any longer and ended the call. I've now blocked the number as I’m pretty certain it’s just a scam tryna get cash out of people.

When I dialled back, an Asian lady picked up and seemed to know my name right away. I asked her which company she was with, but she just stayed silent. Pretty sure my housing association isn’t sending out any disrepair people on the phone. Total rubbish call, really.

I tried ringing back to make a complaint, but they ended the call again. Seems like a suspicious lot - they even blocked my number afterwards.
