Got a call from someone claiming to be from Sky's tech support, asking me about my phone’s IP address and settings. I kept them on the line for around 10 minutes, but they ended up hanging up on me. The person had a strong Asian accent, sounded Indian. Definitely felt a bit dodgy to me.
