I received a call from a number purporting to be from EE, stating they wanted to chat about a potential upgrade. When I informed them that I was already an EE customer and had just upgraded, they inquired about the phone model I possess. I remarked that if they truly were EE, they ought to have that information to hand already. To my surprise, the caller hung up shortly after! How unprofessional!
