So I did, and a bloke came on asking for my name to "check the info". I told him he had to prove he was actually from HMRC first, then he went all quiet and said he couldn’t hear me well. Got a spam message from Property UK at 10:11 and then a call from 020 3998 3200 at 14:11, just 4 hours later. I never pick up unknown calls. Over the past month, I've had quite a few unwanted Property UK texts pitching investment deals. There's no contact number on the messages, so I can't block them. That's why I'm marking it as Harassment.

Got a call from some property 'solutions' firm - they claimed I made an enquiry, which I definitely didn't. I asked the woman to remove my details from their list. She said she'd give it a go. I told her not just to try, but to actually do it. Then she said it’s not her responsibility - so I told her to pass me on to her manager who could sort it out.
