SCAM ALERT!!!
Got a creepy robo call supposedly from HMRC saying I needed to ring the "Office of Dennis Grey".

My favourite part was when it said something like "prepare for legal action" - no real HMRC agent ever rattles off threats like that on recorded messages, they always send letters in the post.

Just blocked the number straight away.

Got a call this morning from a weird American voice claiming to be HMRC. They were all threatening, saying I had to ring them back or get my lawyer to do it. Didn’t sound right at all, so I’ve just blocked the number now.

Got a call from this number earlier claiming to be from HM Revenue & Customs. The message said I needed to call back straight away. It was some recorded voice introducing himself as Officer Dennis, but weirdly, he sounded American. Didn’t bother replying, of course.
