It looks like a London landline, but after digging a bit, it seems they're using VoIP, so you can't really tell where they're calling from. I've heard a few people answering before, and the chat usually starts with some survey. Then they try to pry into your personal details after about 20 minutes. Feels like a total scam to me, so watch out!
