I asked why the number wasn’t actually from Liverpool and why they used a number that looked like it came from the internet. Their excuse was it was to keep me safe. I told them I work in cyber security and internet fraud and asked them to keep me on the line while I tried to trace the call. Not surprisingly, they hung up straight away.
