The call quality was rubbish, and the lady had a really strong Chinese accent, so I doubt she was actually in London. She claimed there was some issue with my Vodafone SIM. Sounds like it could have been a SIM swap scam. I just ended the call straight away.

Got a call from this number claiming they're from Vodafone and saying they were about to shut down my phone. Problem is, I no longer use Vodafone, so I really doubt that’s true!
