Got a recorded call that said it was from HMRC, but it was obvious it wasn’t. They were telling me to ring them back or I’d face some kind of legal trouble. Total scam if you ask me.

The whole thing sounded dodgy from the start, especially with that robotic voice doing the talking. Plus, they were all about threatening me with "legal consequences" if I didn’t ring them back. Definitely felt like a scam.

I didn’t pick up the phone but checked the voicemail afterwards. It said it was from HR, but it was really dodgy - a badly done prerecorded message with this creepy robotic voice saying that if you don’t call back, you better get your lawyers ready. Totally a scam, so don’t bother calling them back!
