Just like others have mentioned, I received a voicemail featuring an American text-to-speech voice asking me to return their call. The message got abruptly terminated partway through.

Received a call earlier claiming to be from HMRC, stating I was under investigation for fraud. I promptly hung up as it seemed like a total scam!

I received a call with a robotic voice claiming to be from the county court. Naturally, I decided to ring them back, but to my surprise, they hadn’t the faintest clue why I was calling, which set off alarm bells straight away. They then requested my postcode followed by my National Insurance number. I firmly let them know I don’t share such sensitive information over the phone, and suddenly, I was transferred back to the automated message saying they couldn’t take my call right now. That was enough for me; I promptly ended the call.

If you don’t bother leaving a voicemail, there’s no way we’ll find out who’s calling or what you need!

Received a rather automated call from a robotic voice with a distinct American twang, attempting to direct me to the county courthouse. I've promptly added that number to my block list.

They tried serving me papers for county court! All I got was a dodgy automated voice message. I've had enough of that nonsense and blocked the number.

Received a rather dodgy call claiming to be from HMRC regarding a supposed case. Definitely a scam!

I’ve managed to bypass that voicemail about the ‘...county courthouse’. It was quite clever, to be honest.

Absolutely, I’m in line with the sentiments expressed by others. They left a voicemail, but the start was completely truncated. I dialled this number, and all I got was a machine saying, “goodbye.” What a laugh! But honestly, where on earth do these folks manage to find the cash to keep phoning everyone?

Oh, here we go again, yet another automated message. This one started mid-sentence, and it seems they’re threatening to haul me off to court. Best of luck with that, Metal Mickley!

Once more, I've received an automated message, and it seems the beginning was all chopped up. They've mentioned something about dragging me to court. Well, best of luck with that, you cheeky Metal Mickey!

I decided to give it a miss since I'm from Teesside and the number was from London. It raised my eyebrows a bit, and it turns out my instincts were spot on!

Just like the previous comment - a truncated message - something about a county court and that robotic voice. What a load of rubbish! These scammers really know how to waste my time. Ugh!

I've had a similar run-in; I decided against picking up the phone but opted to check the voicemail instead. It’s clear that anything official should really come in a letter delivered by post, so I wouldn’t give any heed to these kinds of calls, regardless of how intimidating they might sound! Best to keep your cool and not engage!

I keep receiving incessant calls from this number, and now they're also leaving voicemails in a distinctly American accent, making threats regarding county courts. It’s quite unsettling and thoroughly irritating. Such behaviour is utterly reprehensible and shows a complete lack of respect for basic human decency.

Received a recorded call supposedly from HMRC. They never reach out like that, so I didn’t bother hearing the rest of it. Definitely a scam!

Got a dodgy voicemail claiming to be from HMRC, but it was in an American accent, which was odd. Definitely a scam trying to redirect you to fraudsters. Be careful!
