I've been receiving persistent phone calls from this number, but I haven't picked up.

I received a rather unusual phone call from a woman purporting to be from Carphone Warehouse, trying to entice me with an irresistible mobile plan. She was suggesting I could enjoy my existing plan at half the price, while upgrading my data to a whopping 20GB and throwing in an astonishing 2800 hours of international calls! Plus, she assured me there would be no alterations to my number or contract - quite bizarre, wouldn’t you say? Despite my repeated insistence that I was perfectly content with my current setup, she wouldn’t let up. It all took a turn when she rather rudely exclaimed that I had wasted her time (what a laugh!). The noise in the background was quite distracting too; when I inquired about it, she claimed it was the sound of her colleagues assisting other customers. Very curious indeed!
