Tried calling but no one answered.

Called in to ask about my mobile plan and some supposed offers they had. The connection was terrible and honestly seemed like a clear scam to me. Wouldn’t trust it.

Got a call from someone saying they were from Carphone Warehouse, but the connection kept cutting out. They asked me about my phone model and how much I was currently paying on my contract. If this was genuine, surely they'd already have that info? Made me think it was a total scam.
