3 yearsbailiffs from court enforcment are a complete rip off, total scam if you ask me.3 yearsI wish to alert everyone to a deceitful operation that’s been taking place in which both my identity and that of my business are being misused. Individuals are issuing bogus demands under the name "Court Enforcement Bailiff Group." A cursory glance at their website, CEBG.legal, reveals they have maliciously appropriated my company's name and address, falsely claiming my location as their headquarters. Please be advised that these demands are not legitimate and have absolutely nothing to do with my enterprise - do not be tempted to pay them. There will not be a bailiff knocking at your door regarding this issue. Notably, these demands lack any photographic evidence of your vehicle or detailed information about the alleged charges. The contact numbers listed on their site are unrelated to my business; they are manned by unsuspecting individuals lured through platforms like Indeed.co.uk, who are compelled to follow a frightening script that asserts enforcement measures will proceed regardless of any correspondence sent to the head office. To put your mind at ease, if a bailiff shows up claiming to represent Court Enforcement UK Ltd, I, Mr Smeed, the sole director, can confirm that as of 28th March 2023, our company has no outstanding demands and, regrettably, has ceased operations due to this scam. Anyone attempting to collect money on our behalf is nothing but a fraudster and should face appropriate legal action. I want to clarify that my company has not benefitted from any of the funds that have been improperly gathered. The entities involved in laundering this money appear to be CEBG LIMITED, CEBG Group Ltd, and Court Enforcement Bailiff Group Ltd. I suspect that the directors of these firms may also be victims of identity theft, much like myself.Court Enforcement Bailiff GroupCEBG.Indeed. co. ukCourt Enforcement UK LtdSmeedCEBGCEBG Group LtdCourt Enforcement Bailiff Group Ltd3 yearsI’ve discovered that several businesses showcased at the end of this page have used my address without my consent, and I want to make it clear that I have no affiliation with them whatsoever.3 yearsI've thoroughly investigated and can confirm that this is indeed a fraudulent scheme. I checked their email address and it was from [email protected], which is actually a French domain. It’s obviously a complete scam. I took it to the police, and they told me it’s definitely a scam. They warned me not to pay anything or put my info into any website mentioned in the letter. They also said I could report it through this site: https://www.actionfraud.police.uk/ Feel free to report it too if you want.3 yearsStraight up scammers, like they got nothing better to do than bother folks with their scams. Loads of people get all worried thinking it’s some court or bailiff business, just bin it, honestly!!!3 yearsDon't worry folks, I just got a letter through the post and it turned out to be a total scam. They gave two numbers to call to sort it out, 02039895335 and 01213123333. I rang the Birmingham office yesterday, spoke with a woman who claimed she didn’t know when the fine was issued. I told her if any bailiffs come around, I’d be calling the police straight away.Birmingham3 yearsI got a letter from a supposed company called "Court Enforcement Bailiffs" with phone numbers 020 3989 5335 and 0121 312 3333 on it. They claim there’s a "warrant of control" from the 'County Court' over an unpaid parking ticket. Tried calling the numbers but both just ring out. The letter directed me to a website for payment, which lists payment options like PayPal and direct debit, but only the bank transfer option actually goes through. This definitely felt dodgy to me, so I’d say don’t fall for it or hand over any money.Court EnforcementCounty CourtDirect DebitPayPalBank3 yearsGot a letter today saying I owe 615 quid for some parking fine I supposedly never paid, and now they're threatening to send bailiffs.
