3 yearsbailiffs from court enforcment are a complete rip off, total scam if you ask me.3 yearsBeware of a scam where people are pretending to be me and my business. They're sending out fake letters claiming to be from the "Court Enforcement Bailiff Group." Their website, CEBG.legal, wrongly uses my company’s name and address, making it look like it’s the main office. These letters are not from us and no payment should be made. Don’t expect any bailiff to actually show up at your home about this matter. The letters are vague, no photos of your car or details about the alleged offence. They even claim to act for groups like Parking Charge Limited, which isn’t true. The phone numbers on their site are unrelated to my company and are answered by people who’ve been tricked into these roles via Indeed.co.uk. They follow a scary script, saying legal action will go ahead even if you contact the actual head office. To set the record straight - I’m Mr Smeed, the sole director, and as of 28/3/23 there are no outstanding debts linked to Court Enforcement UK Ltd. Because of this fraud, my company has stopped trading and won’t issue any more demands. Anyone demanding money claiming to be from us is a con artist and should be reported. None of the funds paid have ever reached my business. There are other companies involved in laundering the money like CEBG LIMITED, CEBG Group Ltd and Court Enforcement Bailiff Group Ltd. I believe their directors are innocent too, likely victims of identity theft.Court Enforcement Bailiff GroupCEBG.Indeed. co. ukCourt Enforcement UK LtdSmeedCEBGCEBG Group LtdCourt Enforcement Bailiff Group Ltd3 yearsWithout my consent, those companies mentioned below got registered to my address and I have no connection with them whatsoever.3 yearsI've checked it out, and it's definitely a scam. I checked their email address and it was from [email protected], which is actually a French domain. It’s obviously a complete scam. They gave two numbers to call to sort it out, 02039895335 and 01213123333. I rang the Birmingham office yesterday, spoke with a woman who claimed she didn’t know when the fine was issued. I told her if any bailiffs come around, I’d be calling the police straight away.Birmingham3 yearsI got a letter from a supposed company called "Court Enforcement Bailiffs" with phone numbers 020 3989 5335 and 0121 312 3333 on it. They claim there’s a "warrant of control" from the 'County Court' over an unpaid parking ticket. Tried calling the numbers but both just ring out. The letter directed me to a website for payment, which lists payment options like PayPal and direct debit, but only the bank transfer option actually goes through.
