On Monday 23rd August 2021 at 13:21, my phone received a call but there was nothing said, just complete silence.

They obviously knew my name and kept saying they were from some financial advice company. Got four calls from them in just one week. I told them yesterday to stop contacting me since I have no PPI claims and never worked from home during the pandemic, so there's nothing to get back. The woman said that was fine, but then today a bloke rang again and got annoyed when I refused to claim money back for a uniform. I tried explaining I don’t even wear one, but he didn’t seem to care.

My phone automatically flagged it as a risky number. They called using my full name, but I couldn’t quite catch the name of the company they mentioned. Bit of a nuisance because I’m signed up to the TPS and have already reported them. Went ahead and blocked the number.

Its worrying how they got my full name, address and even my postcode. Told the woman i was gonna pass her on to the cops and she just cut the call. Honestly, they need to take action against these calls, especially since they target people who are vulnerable.
