I just received a rather dubious phone call, claiming they were aware of my financial misfortune due to some dodgy investment scam and that they had acquired my number from another firm. Apparently, they are eager to help me reclaim my lost funds. I played along and mentioned I had supposedly lost a grand with a company named INT. They responded as if they were familiar with it, saying it's all regulated and they could take legal action. The irony? I completely fabricated the company name. What a bunch of plonkers!
