Got a call from a woman with a heavy foreign accent, struggling to explain some frozen account thing. I asked her to say the company name again but it was impossible to make out. Ended up just hanging up. Definitely seemed like a scam to me.

I got a call from someone called Alison Davies on a 020 number, saying I'd got 2.7 Bitcoins stuck in a frozen account since 2016. She told me if I paid 1% of the total, about £470 in Bitcoin, I could either unlock the full amount or keep trading. Otherwise, she'd shut the account for good and I'd lose everything. I almost fell for it, honestly! 😊

I received a similar message, claiming I had approximately £6,000 waiting for me. I mentioned I was occupied at the time and asked them to ring me back. Clearly, they don't seem too eager to hand over my "funds" since I haven't heard a peep from them since-it's now past two o'clock the following day!

It seems I've stumbled upon a bit of a dodgy scheme! After doing some digging, I’ve come to realise it's nothing but a scam.

This smells like a right scam, definitely needs proper checking out. Total nuisances.

Received a call from someone who claimed to know me personally. He introduced himself as working in "wallet support" and mentioned there was a "frozen wallet" linked to my name. When I probed further about which wallet it was, what type of coin he was referring to, and the details of my last deposit, he abruptly ended the call. He had quite a thick Eastern European accent, going by the name "Alex." Clearly a scammer, but for those who have a bit of savvy and time to kill, you might find joy in toying with them for a while!

Somebody phoned me claiming I had a bitcoin account with like £64,000 in it. I told them I genuinely thought it was true, then suddenly they started shouting really nasty racist slurs down the phone at me. It was so shocking and hurtful, especially since I’m white and it made no sense at all. I just ended the call straight away.

I received a call from someone claiming to be associated with a bitcoin account of mine. The conversation took quite a nasty turn, and before I knew it, he was hurling insults at me and using some rather offensive language. It was shockingly abusive behaviour.

I encountered a rather distressing experience when this individual erupted with hateful slurs over the phone, including the offensive phrase ‘you f****ing black n***er’, which was utterly bewildering given that I'm quite clearly white. It was deeply abusive and left me feeling quite shaken.

I received a call from this chap who had the audacity to use my name, only to begin hurling insults at me, yelling, “You’re a right git, just hang up!” I wasted no time in ending the call, so I didn’t get to hear any more of his tirade. It left me feeling rather uneasy, to say the least.

[email protected] So this bloke calling himself Robin Barker sent me a pic claiming I owned 2.9 BTC. When I looked further, it was clearly dodgy. If Coinstats are legit, they probably wouldn’t want this kind of scam using their name. By the way, I think his real name’s more like Robin Bas???d or something similar.

Had this bloke ring me up asking if I was someone else, a name I don’t even know. I told him I wasn’t that person, but he just carried on talking about some account like I was. When I asked him who he was actually trying to reach and told him again it wasn’t me, he just snapped “yeah, right” and hung up on me. Brilliant customer service, clearly!

I reckon I had a right nuisance on the line today-whether it was a dodgy cold caller or some sort of scam artist, I'm not entirely sure. What I do know is he was infuriating! Kept rambling on about fantastic investment prospects he supposedly had up for grabs. He was relentless and didn’t seem to grasp that I’d rather not engage. Quite the persistent chap, I must say!
