They listen out for words like "yes," "yeah," or similar signs of agreement, then connect you to a call centre, probably in that big Genesis building in Mumbai! Yeah, we know exactly where it's coming from! If you don't say the right thing, it just says goodbye and ends the call. If they want you to contact the council or some other agency, look up their official number instead! We’re trying to stop these scammers because when they wipe out people’s life savings, victims often feel too ashamed to come forward, and some even take terrible measures themselves. In our eyes, these crooks are no less than murderers and should be made to face justice for what they do.
