I've been bombarded with calls from a number starting with +44203986, but the last four digits keep changing. I've opted not to engage and simply block them instead.

Got loads of silent calls from different 020 3986 xxxx numbers and just blocked them all. Seriously, Ofcom needs to get a move on with sorting this out!
