Lately, I’ve been bombarded with scam calls coming from London numbers beginning with:

It seems like they keep switching it up to avoid being blocked.

Now, I just flat out block any incoming call showing a London code without even checking because of all this nonsense.

I actually tried ringing back once by mistake, and the line told me the number isn’t recognised. Pretty sure these crooks are faking the caller IDs, which explains why the numbers never repeat.

I’m spreading the word on every phone lookup site I can find so people are aware. And if you’re genuinely calling from London, maybe send a quick text explaining why before calling because many of us have started automatically ignoring London numbers due to this scam.

I've been getting loads of calls from numbers that begin with 0203986, but the last four digits keep changing. In the past month alone, they've called me about five times. I've ended up blocking every one of them. Seems like it’s gotta be some sort of scam or just annoying telemarketers.
