The quality of the call was absolutely dreadful, so I promptly hung up. I refuse to engage with such a shoddy company. As for who was on the other end? Your guess is as good as mine, as I could barely make out what they were saying!

I had a rather amusing encounter with a chap named Ranjit, who, oddly enough, insisted he was Robert from Romford. He was claiming to be affiliated with O2 and told me he needed my banking details to dispatch a complimentary iPhone 12 Pro Max. I decided to have a bit of fun and strung him along on the phone for a solid 20 minutes, making him go over the details of the offer, the tariffs, and all sorts of flashy devices multiple times. In the end, I simply informed him that I was perfectly content with my trusty Nokia 3210 and had absolutely no desire for one of those modern contraptions!
