I encountered a rather dodgy individual masquerading as a representative of CarPhoneWarehouse. During my call, I found myself connecting with four different individuals, each claiming to be the superior of the previous one. The last in the line was an Asian woman named Tia, who seemed to lose her patience with me-mind you, I was merely trying to respond to her enquiries. When I introduced myself as Jeff Smith, I proceeded to spell it out (J-E-F-F V-Y-B-I-O-J...), but she kept cutting me off before I could finish. As she attempted to provide her contact number for a follow-up, I playfully mixed up the digits, so when she mentioned 020, I chimed in with, "So that’s a zero, then another two zeros, followed by yet another zero, making it four zeros in total!" In the end, she abruptly ended the call; I couldn’t help but chuckle at the absurdity of it all!
