I received a rather persistent call from someone purporting to represent a company that sounded like Carphone Warehouse. They were going on about how I could upgrade to a spanking new phone and snag a better contract. I must say, they were incredibly bothersome, and it seemed they simply couldn't take no for an answer!

Not really sure, the voice sounded foreign and was hard to catch what they were saying. This is actually the second time in two days I've gotten a call from this number.
