some bloke called claiming to be some kinda US enforcement dude from hrmec or sumthin. no way, sounds dodgy to me.

Got a call from someone with an American accent saying I have to ring a different number or I’d be facing court from HMRE or something. Doesn’t sit right with me at all, smells like a spoof call to me.

got a call from a guy with an american accent telling me to call 2039847793 to stop some “county court house” thing. sounded like a total scam to me. they rang me two times in just 4 hours. avoid it!

Got a robotic voice telling me to ring a certain number or I’d get taken to court. Didn’t mention any reason though. Bit worrying since I’m already dealing with probate stuff right now. The mechanical voice sounded American, which was a dead giveaway it’s a scam. I’ve sent it straight over to HMRC.
