When I asked them why they kept using our first names and acting like they were from some company, they got really pushy. Definitely sounds like a scam to me, no way it’s legit.

I got like five calls in a row from someone saying they're from the citizens advice bureau. When I told them that this number isn’t actually for CA (just made it up), and said it sounded dodgy, the guy suddenly turned really rude and pushy.

Got a call from someone claiming to be with debt help services. Seemed fishy to me, like a scam or something. They said they could fix my debts but asked for loads of personal details right away. Didn’t sound right, so I just hung up. Stay careful out there, these people aren’t who they say they are!

Somebody rang up claiming to be from the Citizens Advice Bureau, saying they wanted to assist me with my debts. I never shared any of my info coz I wasn’t sure they were genuine. I told them I couldn’t trust them without proof and asked them to email me the details so I could get back to them. Guess what? No email came through at all.
