This was definitely a scam call.

I got called by 020 3978 0218, which I found out is a landline scam, linked to Gamma Telecom Holdings Ltd. Their office is at The Scalpel, 18th Floor, 52 Lime Street, London, EC3M 7AF. Interestingly, one of their top directors is Andrew Scott James Belshaw, who seems to be involved with about 27 other companies, according to Companies House UK. Definitely dodgy!
