Barely had I said hello and there was this awkward pause before the bloke just started rattling on about my loft needing “proper” insulation and some offer ending soon. Then he asked if I owned the house out of nowhere. I wasn’t buying it, so I told him no thanks and hung up pretty quick. Seemed really sketchy to me.
