They wouldn’t say where they were calling from when I asked for that, plus name, address and postcode. I told them to take my details off their list and that i didn’t want any more calls. After that, they just hung up straight away.

This number has rung my landline about 4 times just in the past couple of days. From what I’ve read in the comments, it’s clearly some kind of pointless scam. What bothers me is how they manage to be so bloody annoying. They call, don’t say anything, then hang up - like, what’s the point of that? A few weeks back, they even had the nerve to call at 7.30 on a Saturday morning, seriously?! I’ve blocked the number now, but I’m sure they’ll just switch up their tactics again. What a load of muppets.

Really similar experience here - got a couple of calls in the evening, about 8.30 or 9, but as soon as I picked up, they just went quiet and ended the call straight away. Then next day at 5pm, they rang again and already knew my full name, address and postcode. I asked who it was but all I got was a vague mumble and they said they couldn't reveal their name until I confirmed who I was. So I gave them my name and then they just cut the call! Feels like some dodgy data gathering scam to me...
