I picked up the call but there was nobody speaking on the other side.

Got a call from someone asking to talk to the finance team. They claimed they were from the Government about the coronavirus situation. Told them we don’t handle such things on calls and that they could send an email, but they said they couldn’t use email. Strange, felt a bit off to me.

He was talking in English alright, but all the stuff he went on about made no sense at all. It was something about BT or an update or whatever, but honestly, I lost track and just stopped listening. There were loads of reasons he was giving for the call, but it was all rubbish to me. I just ended up tuning out in the end. No thanks!

Got a call from someone wanting feedback, but no clue what it was regarding. They kept mentioning bdic or something like that. Since I didn’t really get it, I just told them I wasn’t able to assist.
