I ignored the call since it showed as an unknown number. Later, I got a recorded message warning that something had supposedly been filed under my name. It told me to ring back on 020 3966 9950 before they sent a legal notice and took the matter to the county court. I'm not planning to return the call.

Somebody called saying they were with the Bego lottery syndicate, but as soon as I replied, they just hung up and blocked the number.

I received a call asserting that I’d won a Tesco voucher from a Euromillions contest! I replied, “I beg your pardon, but I certainly haven't, this is a complete scam.” The operator simply thanked me and wished me a pleasant day before promptly hanging up.

Got a call from this number and the moment I answered, they just dropped without saying a word. Probably one of those spam numbers that put you on a list once you pick up. Wouldn’t bother answering if I were you.

So, apparently I’ve been entered into some kind of competition, and they even told me the exact date and time they say I signed up. But I definitely didn’t. This is the second call I’ve gotten from them. I blocked the number a few days ago, but they’re back at it with a different number now.
