i phoned this number back and they told me it was some lottery thing. total scam. looks like this number runs a bunch of different cons. best to just ignore it.

I got a call from this number but didn’t answer and ended up blocking it because a mate got a call from it last Sunday. They said they were from HMRC and insisted there was a warrant for her arrest over unpaid taxes. While she was still talking to them, her husband was phoning the police. The police told him they’ve been getting loads of calls about this number and are currently looking into it.

Got a call about some survey offering a £500 Tesco voucher. They mentioned a subscription costing £39 a month, which is mad cos I pay that annually for my Amazon Prime. Honestly, sounds like a massive scam. I even signed up for a TV deal - still no sign of the telly, Stephen! Been waiting ages, no delivery in sight.

They ring me like two times daily, usually sometime between half past ten in the morning and eight at night. I haven’t picked up yet.

This number keeps ringing me, annoyingly. I did pick up once for a survey but when they started asking for my bank info, I just couldn’t share that, it seemed totally unrelated to what they were asking about.
